Looking at the world through uncracked glass...

Last month we replaced the upstairs, living room and bathroom windows with brand-spankin'-new ones. Out of the six windows replaced 3 had broken sashes, 2 were permanently closed, 2 panes were cracked, one leaked, and one actually functioned just fine but was really ugly with a cheap aluminum frame and none of them had screens. Money well spent? Why yes, we think so! This summer we're planning on replacing the rest with the same low-e, argon filled beauties.
