Young Love - Ain't it Grand?

Tonight at PEPS Lily and Ethan had a "moment"....he's now the front-runner for her future arranged marriage. Yes, we were overwhelmed by the cuteness.

I've decided that arranged marriages aren't such a bad thing after all. I'm already dreading Lily hitting pre-teen years and discovering boys...and worse, boys discovering her. I've decided the best way to nip all that worry in the bud is to arrange her future husband NOW. There are lots of eligible bachelors to choose from...my neighbor's little boy Andrew (seen here - aren't they already a cute couple?), Michelle's boys Rowan or Devon, Di's twins, my boss' son Calvin (extra bonus points at work!), Fenton, Ryan, Ethan or Parker from PEPS...really, there are plenty of options. I used to think arranged marriages were archiac and mysogynistic. Now I think they're a fab idea - does that make me a bad mom, or just a well-prepared one?
