Turning 3, Growing Up

Wow. Is it really possible our baby is THREE?

Big breakthrough came right after the big day....last night I brought a small fish tank home and carefully explained that if she put her bedtime binkies in the tank, the Binkie Fairy would turn them into fish. Once they are fish, they don't turn back, so she had to be sure she was really, really ready. After careful consideration she dumped all her binkies in the tank and settled in for the transformation. Thankfully PetCo was still open, so Chris hustled on over there and picked up 3 beauties.

This morning Lily got up and immediately went to check out the tank (no floaters - PHEW!) and feed her new fishies. She's no longer certain if they are an upgrade or not, but so far so good.
